Yagan Square

Perth’s Yagan Square is an acclaimed urban renewal project that has dramatically revitalised the space between Perth’s CBD and neighbouring Northbridge.  A key focal point of the redevelopment is the Ci Group’s giant LED cylinder able to command attention day or night. In between hosting community gathering events like the world cup or AFL grand final broadcasts it displays content relevant to the long history of the site as a meeting place for local aboriginals, including the warrior Yagan after whom the square is named.
