GPT, Cox Architecture, CBRE (Montlaur), NDY, Bengar Films and the Ci Group make a formidable combination. Together, in conjunction with Built as the selected construction company, they have delivered the largest indoor LED lobby project in the southern hemisphere.  Cox has gone even further with a re-interpretation of the entire ground floor that better engages with the outside world as well as with the building’s inhabitants.

Great content is what ultimately engages an audience, and Bengar Films have successfully created bespoke motion art to connect people with the space on an emotional level. They achieved this by focusing their art upon wellbeing, time and our connection to the lands of Melbourne in a world’s first collaboration with renowned indigenous artist Peter Farmer.
