The Department of Foreign Affairs and

Trade had need of a range of video

collaboration facilities that could

challenge the need for travel. In DFAT’s

instance this meant enabling nuanced

discussion to successfully take place via

video. As a result, quality sound and vision was considered paramount.

A further requirement of the particular room highlighted

was that the screen could disappear when not in use.
