The AMP boardroom is a classic example
of adapting technology to best meet
customer need. For example, in order to provide a
screen appropriate to the scale of the
room, the decision was made to build and deploy an LCD videowall.
(Although today you would be more likely to use LED
display for this purpose that option was not economic at the time.)
Another technology choice of note in this room was that, given the high
number of participants involved, a specific
microphone was provided for each of them so
that everyone could be clearly heard.
