The fit-out of Reece Group’s new headquarters in Cremorne will be a collaboration between CBRE Project Management, Futurespace, ARUP, Sandpit, Slattery, Trout, PLP, the Ci Group and Schiavello Construction. The building itself is the work of architects Rothelowman, and overlooks another Ci Group project of note, Red Energy’s HQ at the Bryant & May building. One reason this Reece project is particularly significant for the CI Group is that it is the company’s first Interact Office assignment since becoming a Signify integration partner. Interact is destined to become part of many workplaces, not just new ones under construction, but those already built. This is because it makes use of infrastructure largely already in place, the lighting, cleverly joining the dots to add enormous value. It is innovative technology able, through programming and sensory data, to reduce power consumption, enhance wellness outcomes and provide meaningful metrics for workplace management decision making. Practically every workplace in Australia should explore the rewards it offers.
